Welcome to Lil Cherubs, where every child is welcomed and given a loving and nurturing environment. Our atmosphere is designed for fun while learning social, motor, and cognitive skills. A place where Infants thrive and toddlers explore. Our program is built around the concept that children are born ready to learn. As caregivers, we strive to create a learning environment that is safe, stimulating, and encouraging. Lil Cherubs Child Care strives to provide a quality Early Childhood Education Program. Children reach milestones in how they play, learn, speak, behave, and move at an individual pace. We believe in providing a curriculum and resources to facilitate their progress. We at Lil Cherubs partner with our parents to meet both the needs of the children and their families.
MISSION STATEMENT
Lil Cherubs' mission is to provide loving, quality, and educational care for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years of age. We intend to fulfill this mission by giving extra effort to the fundamentals in preparation for formal schooling while providing a nurturing, safe, unique, and creative environment for children to grow and explore. By having open communication between parents and caregivers, we will create a more cooperative and hands-on approach to childcare.
Training
All employees are background checked and Pediatric/Adult CPR and first aid certified. All staff is trained in dealing with emergency situations.
Food Program
Hot & Nutritious Meals are provided daily.
Lil Cherubs provide Breakfast, Lunch, and an evening snack.
Kids Think Curriculum
The Kids Think Curriculum provides developmentally appropriate learning opportunities to encourage children to be confident, successful, life-long learners. The early years are critical to your child’s positive growth and development. Our activities, games, and curriculum are all formulated to engage in natural curiosity and provide a foundation for lifelong success. On our lesson plans we include daily instruction and activities targeted toward these essential developmental areas: Physical, Language, Cognitive, Literacy, Math, Science & Discovery, Social studies, and Arts.
Here at Lil Cherubs, we believe in communicating regularly and professionally with parents. In order to keep you updated on daily activities, we use the Brightwheel app.
